Two simple steps to Digital Comics
First: check your system software
You should be running PSP system software, version 6.20 or higher. Make sure you've updated to at least this version of the firmware.
To check which version of firmware you are running, or to update your firmware, please follow the instructions on ie.playstation.com.

The application for reading your Digital Comics is completely free and available now. Simply select the Digital Comics icon from the XMB™ while connected to the internet, or follow the steps below to download the application using a PC:

Connect the PSP™ system and the PC using a USB cable.
If you are using a PSP-1000/2000/3000 series system, you must have Memory Stick Duo™ media inserted in the PSP™ system. -
Create folders for the files to be downloaded.
For PSP-1000/2000/3000 series systems: Create folders on the Memory Stick Duo™ media using the folder names listed below if you haven't already done so:
For PSP-N1000 series systems: Create folders in the system storage using the folder names listed below if you haven’t already done so:

Download the file to the NPEG00012 folder as follows:
Click the button below to download the first file. Do not change the file name EBOOT.PBP. -
After the files are downloaded, press the button on the PSP™ system to exit out of USB mode.
Notice You must use the folder names specified in step 2 above and the file names specified in step 3 above. If you do not save the files in the correct location and with the names shown above, the system will not recognise the application.
